Cancellation Policy

We understand that vacations or stays away from home do not always go as planned and can change at the last minute.  We depend on our guests to faithfully fulfill their agreement according to the information set forth in the confirmation letter. We are a small family operated inn and late cancellations or no shows greatly affect our business. Please note:

• Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to arrival to receive a full refund. 

• If a cancellation is made after that time you will be charged a one night stay.
